1.2. Acceptance of Terms: By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing from Vindow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.3. Amendments: Vindow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

2.1. Product Descriptions:
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur. If any error is found, we will notify you as soon as possible to reconfirm or cancel your order.

2.2. Customization:
Custom-made products may vary slightly from their representations on the website, as they are tailored to individual customer specifications.

2.3. Pricing:
All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and do not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees. These will be calculated and added at checkout.

2.4. Order Confirmation:
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. However, orders are not considered accepted until Vindow reviews and processes them.

2.5. Cancellation Policy:

We ship within Canada and the USA. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the location and product ordered.

4.2. Delivery Time:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond Vindow’s control (e.g., carrier delays or production issues).

4.3. Custom Orders:
Custom orders may require longer delivery times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4.4. Inspection:
Upon receipt of your product, it is your responsibility to inspect it for visible damage or defects. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5.1. Return Policy:
Returns are accepted for standard products within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.

5.2. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment, less shipping and restocking fees, within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

5.3. Defective Products:
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We may request additional details or photos to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution (e.g., repair, replacement, or refund).

6.1. Limited Warranty:
Vindow offers a limited warranty on certain products. The warranty period and details will be provided with the product. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.
6.2. Claim Procedure:
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period, and proof of purchase is required.

7.1. Content Ownership:
All content on the Vindow website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Vindow and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8.1. General Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vindow is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services.

8.2. Liability Cap:
Vindow’s total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

9.1. Applicable Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any applicable federal laws.

9.2. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada, to be conducted in Toronto, Ontario.

10.1. Unforeseen Events:
Vindow is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.

11.1. Privacy Commitment:
Vindow values your privacy. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12.1. Final Agreement:
These Terms, together with the Purchase Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Vindow and the buyer and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

13.1. Partial Invalidity:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.1. Transfer of Rights:
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Vindow.
