European Doors

A door does two jobs a window never has to. It is the largest moving object in the house, and it is the one thing on the elevation that a stranger will try.

Sliding suits openings where there is no room for a panel to swing, and on the right system it disappears into a pocket in the wall.

Lift and slide is what we specify on most large terrace openings. Turning the handle lifts the whole panel clear of its seal, so it moves easily under its own weight, then drops back onto a compression seal when closed. That is why it holds air and water tightness at panel sizes a conventional slider cannot approach.

Folding and bi-fold stacks the panels to one side and opens the room to the garden completely, which is the point of it.

Entry doors are where security and thermal performance meet appearance. We specify multi point locking that compresses the leaf along its full height rather than pulling tight at a single point, RC classified hardware where the project calls for it, and non duplicable keys, with multiple doors across a property keyed to one master.

Lead time is 10 to 14 weeks from confirmed order, and every door is fabricated to the measured opening.
